Behavior Technician (BT) – Buda, TXAt Olive Branch ABA, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with autism.We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one support to a client in Buda, Texas.What You'll Do:Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.Implement individualized treatment plans.Collect accurate session data.Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.Follow clinical and behavioral intervention protocols.Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members.Maintain accurate documentation.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Experience working with children preferred.Experience with autism, ABA, education, or behavioral health preferred.Active RBT certification is a plus but not required.Reliable transportation.Valid Texas driver's license.Strong communication skills.Patient, dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn.What We Offer:$20–$23 per hour based on experience.Flexible scheduling.Paid training and ongoing mentorship.Supportive clinical environment.Opportunities for professional growth.Career development opportunities in ABA.If you enjoy working with children and want to build a rewarding career helping families, apply today!Join Olive Branch ABA and make a meaningful difference every day.
