This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with company policies and standards, while driving process optimization and streamlining initiatives.Essential Job FunctionsSupport HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standardsIdentify opportunities for process optimization and streamliningCoordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTrack project progress, milestones, and deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project executionCommunicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.QualificationsBachelor s degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldExperience with project management softwareStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to improve methods, optimize processes, and streamline workflows.Must HaveBachelor s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in business environmentDemonstrate proficiency in using computer applications. Experience in word processing, presentation packages, databases, and spreadsheet packages. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files.Experience process documentation & substantiation.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Nice To HaveLean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement
