Senior Finance Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Finance. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze fund-level financial statements and performance Coordinate management fee reporting and financial reconciliations Support financial planning, budgeting, and cash management processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant experience Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, fund accounting, investment operations, or financial reporting Experience with financial statements for investment funds and familiarity with fund accounting practices Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Demonstrated interest in community development finance or impact investing
