We are seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President, Channel Sales, to join Sage. In this role, you'll lead a team of Channel Executives responsible for driving new business and expanding revenue through our network of VAR partners across the region. You'll play a key role in shaping partner go-to-market strategies, overseeing regional marketing execution, and ensuring sustainable growth by improving renewals and reducing customer churn. Your leadership will directly impact Sage's growth trajectory by strengthening partner performance, optimizing regional sales strategies, and maximizing net change in CMRR.This position is Hybrid, with 3 days per week in our Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; San Jose, CA; or Portland, OR office.NCA for Sage Intacct via regional VAR partnersAdd-on sales for Sage Intacct existing customers via regional VAR partnersReduced churn for Sage Intacct existing customers via regional VAR partnersMonitoring and measuring VAR performance to ensure partners maintain the performance minimums as defined in the VAR agreement, taking action to deauthorize as neededGTM planning with VAR partnersMarketing plan execution with VAR partnersDeveloping CEs to their best performanceRequirements:10+ years progressive sales experience with demonstrated expertise in channel sales for SaaS ERP and financial technology solutions.5+ years in a sales leadership position - managing field-based sellersProven track record of successful quota attainmentAbility to manage complex processesStrong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skillsDeep understanding of consultative solution sellingAbility to travel up to 50%Perks?
