Customer Service Rep I

SummaryManage customer accounts and the lifecycle of customer orders by answering product and service inquiries, providing timely and accurate quotes, resolving issues, and maintaining complete and up-to-date sales orders within the ERP system. This role will collaborate with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to ensure both customer needs and internal requirements are met. Multi-tasking, problem solving, and communication skills are essential for succeeding. Must be quality focused.Job Duties/Responsibilities Process quotes and orders in ERP system (Business Central) – ensure documentation is uploaded and all customer information is entered correctlyAnswer customer calls and emailsMaintain positive relationships with customersResolve customer complaints and issues such as shortages or items damaged in transitLiaison with engineering for technical information, supply chain and plants for lead times and delivery updates, and finance team for invoice issuesWork with other inside/outside sales team membersGenerate reports as neededSkills/KnowledgeWorking knowledge of customer service techniques in an industrial settingFamiliar with order entry software and processesCompetent-Proficient in Microsoft OfficeResourceful and problem solverDetail-orientedMulti-taskerEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Experience1+ years of industry experience preferredAbout FETFET (Forum Energy Technologies, Inc.) is a global company, serving the crude oil, natural gas, and renewable energy industries.
