The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include producing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to identify market trends and customer needs, and representing the company at networking events and industry conferences.QualificationsStrong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and secure opportunities.Knowledge and experience in Business and Account Management for fostering and maintaining client relationships.Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively engage clients and present solutions.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver results in a competitive environment.Highly motivated, self-starter with an ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Previous experience in the construction or roofing industry is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
