You'll gain hands-on experience in CNC machining, Lean Manufacturing, and process engineering—all while working side-by-side with talented professionals who want to see you succeed.What You'll Do:Start on the Shop Floor: Begin by running production and performing inspections to understand the process from the ground up.Advance into Setup and Machining: Learn CNC setup and machining as you grow your technical skill set.Collaborate on Process Design: Assist in the creation and execution of manufacturing processes, including:Raw material selectionTooling and fixture designProcess planningInspection and verification methodsSupport Continuous Improvement Efforts:CNC process optimizationGage design and fabricationRobotic cell programming and operationsLean Manufacturing initiativesEnsure Quality and Efficiency: Maintain high standards for part quality, cleanliness, and productivity.Apply Engineering Principles: Utilize Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and core manufacturing concepts on real-world parts.Document and Communicate: Track tooling expectations, document processes, and support high-quality outcomes for our customers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or actively pursuing one!)U.S. Citizenship requiredReside within commuting distance to Willoughby, OHPositive attitude with a desire to be part of a strong company cultureTeam-oriented with excellent communication skillsReliable, flexible, and eager to growSolid problem-solving mindset and attention to detailBasic understanding of manufacturing concepts—and a strong desire to learn by doingWe're committed to building a team of hands-on problem solvers who are eager to grow, contribute, and make a difference.
