Retail/Warehouse Associate

Lake Cachuma is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail / Warehouse Associate.This position combines customer service, retail operations, and warehouse support in a fast-paced recreational setting. Team members help keep our stores stocked, organized, and running smoothly while providing friendly service to campers, boaters, anglers, and visitors enjoying the lakes.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to guests in retail and marina store locationsOperate cash registers and process transactions accuratelyStock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise and suppliesReceive, organize, and store deliveries in warehouse and retail areasAssist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levelsLoad, unload, and move products safely and efficientlyMaintain clean, organized, and safe retail and warehouse spacesSupport daily operations during busy weekends, holidays, and peak seasonsWork collaboratively with team members and managementQualifications:Positive attitude and strong work ethicReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysPrevious retail, warehouse, marina, or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredIf you are dependable, motivated, and ready to work in a fun and active environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
