RCM Auditor with Coding Certification

A company is looking for a RCM Auditor. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive audits across the revenue cycle to ensure accuracy and compliance Analyze denial trends and revenue leakage, recommending corrective actions Develop reporting and KPI dashboards while maintaining quality assurance programs Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred Active coding certification required: CPC, CCS, or equivalent 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management 3+ years of auditing experience within healthcare billing or coding Strong experience in pain management and familiarity with Medicare and commercial payer guidelines
