Court Liaison
Status: Full Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-ExemptSummary of the Position: Court Liaison serves as the key point of communication between Youth Advocate Programs and the court system. This role coordinates the flow of information, ensures timely submission of legal documents, schedules for court appearances, and facilitates communication between attorneys, law enforcement, probation officers, and court personnel. The Court Liaison helps maintain accurate records, tracks case progress, and ensures that all required documentation is complete and compliant with court procedures. Strong organization, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential in this position.Qualifications/RequirementsAssociates or Bachelor's is preferred but not requiredRequired High School Diploma or equivalentExperience working in legal, law enforcement, or administrative settingFamiliarity with court procedures, legal documentation, and case documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detailExcellent time management skillsRequires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.Bilingual -Spanish Speaking is a plus.
