Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation
Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation
Naylor Association Solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to own the growth and commercial performance of HealthCareerCenter.com (HCC), a Naylor‑owned job board and healthcare talent marketplace. HCC operates as a network aggregator, connecting opted‑in healthcare association job boards so that jobs and candidates flow across the entire ecosystem. The site is a strategic asset: a beachhead for Naylor's healthcare careers network and a platform we are building into a standalone, monetizable media and marketplace property.
This is a role for a self‑starter who thrives with ownership and ambiguity. You won't be handed a playbook — you'll write it. The Senior Marketing Manager will function as the primary owner of HCC, responsible for audience development strategy, channel growth, content and SEO/SEM, partnerships, and revenue diversification. The goal is clear: build a large, high‑quality audience of healthcare professionals (physicians, allied health, nursing) so that HCC can support scalable job posting sales, advertising revenue, and media channel development over time.
Key Responsibilities
Audience Development Strategy
Own the HCC audience growth roadmap — define target segments (physicians, nursing, allied health), set acquisition goals, and build the strategy to reach them at scale.
Lead channel acquisition strategy across SEO/SEM, content marketing, email, partnerships, affiliate programs, social, and paid media — choosing the right mix for cost‑effective, high‑quality candidate acquisition.
Build and manage the candidate funnel from first touchpoint through registration and engagement, with a focus on retention and return usage.
Partnerships & Affiliate Development
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare associations, professional societies, nursing schools, residency programs, and other entities that can drive qualified candidate traffic.
Build and scale an affiliate marketing program to extend HCC's reach across the healthcare talent ecosystem.
Represent HCC externally — serving as the face of the brand to partners, media, and the healthcare recruiting community.
Content & SEO
Develop a content strategy that builds HCC's authority in healthcare careers — producing or overseeing career resources, salary guides, specialty‑specific content, and thought leadership that attracts and retains the target audience.
Own on‑site and technical SEO strategy to increase organic visibility across key healthcare job and career search queries.
Drive SEM strategy in coordination with campaign execution to maximize paid audience acquisition ROI.
Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine the HCC revenue model — including job posting packages, network upsells to hospital systems, and advertising/media channel opportunities as audience scale grows.
Define audience‑based advertising and sponsorship packages, and work cross‑functionally to bring them to market.
Track and report on key monetization metrics — job posting revenue, CPAs, audience LTV, and advertising yield.
Analytics & Performance
Define and own the HCC performance dashboard — audience growth, engagement, acquisition costs, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Use data to continuously optimize channel mix, content strategy, and product‑marketing alignment.
Report to senior leadership on HCC performance with a clear point of view on what's working, what's not, and what's next.
Success Looks Like
Sustained, measurable growth in HCC's registered candidate base across target healthcare specialties.
Increased organic search visibility and inbound candidate traffic.
A functioning partnership and affiliate network contributing meaningful audience acquisition.
Growing job posting revenue supported by a larger, more engaged candidate audience.
The foundation for an HCC advertising/media channel — defined audience segments, initial sponsorship packages, and early revenue.
HCC operating as a recognized destination brand within the healthcare talent marketplace.
Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in audience development, growth marketing, digital media, or marketplace/platform marketing.
Proven track record building and scaling a digital audience — job board, media brand, healthcare platform, or B2C marketplace experience strongly preferred.
Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, content strategy, and at least two other acquisition channels (partnerships, affiliate, email, paid social).
Experience developing and managing external partnerships and/or affiliate programs.
Strong commercial instincts — able to connect audience strategy to revenue outcomes.
Data‑driven decision‑maker with fluency in analytics tools and performance measurement.
Genuine self‑starter — energized by building from scratch, comfortable setting your own direction, and accountable for outcomes without needing close direction.
Experience in healthcare, HR tech, or talent marketplace a significant plus.
This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the United States.
Naylor Association Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
