For more information, visit CharlotteFootballClub.com.Job SummaryThe Associate-Entertainment works as matchday event staff assisting the entertainment department operations during the event.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist with all logistics for Entertainment Talent, such as National Anthem Performers, Color Guard, Flag Holders, Keep Pounding Drummer, Coronation Honoree, In-game Host, and Halftime PerformersExecute on-field elements for each home gameAssist with game day set up and break downAssisting with special events such as, but not limited to: Training Camp, Draft Party, Tree Lighting, College football, High School Football, Specialty Soccer Matches, etcAll other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsMust be available for at least 75% of games for each season (Charlotte FC)Must be 21 years of age or olderMust have an interest in sports marketing and/or fan appreciation programmingMust be flexible to work holidays, evenings and/or weekendsMust pass pre-employment screensPreferred QualificationsExperience working in sportsSkills for SuccessExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailWorks well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudeMust be a team player, reliable, and dependableMust be adaptable while working in a fast-paced, high-demand, and sometimes strenuous environmentMust maintain complete confidentiality of privileged, and/or sensitive informationMust, at all times, display the character and values of the Tepper Sports & Entertainment brandExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive self-starter with the ability to take and follow directionPhysical RequirementsStanding and walking for extended periods of timeLift at least 40 poundsWork EnvironmentThis job operates mostly outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions.
