Handyman/Laborer

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, efficient, and hardworking general laborer to assist with light to medium residential renovation projects, ranging from single-family homes to apartment units. This role is ideal for someone who works quickly, can work independently and as part of a team, follows direction well, and takes pride in keeping projects on schedule. Job sites vary and may be located throughout Tacoma and surrounding areas, extending up to downtown Seattle and surrounding areas. There is opportunity for growth for the right person. Duties & Responsibilities Painting Drywall Install LVP flooring and other types of flooring Trimwork Door installations Perform basic plumbing and electrical Job site setup, cleanup, and material handling Use tools safely and efficiently to keep projects moving Complete jobs quickly and correctly Experience & Qualifications 4+ years experience in residential construction or renovations preferred Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines Experience with painting who works clean, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in quality finishes. Must know drywall installation, patching, and finishing Proficient in installing flooring (LVP, laminate, tiles or similar) Understanding of basic plumbing and electrical is needed Skilled in installing interior/exterior doors and trim work (baseboards, casing, finish carpentry) Own basic tools required Truck preferred but not required Detail oriented Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual labor If you’re a motivated general laborer who works fast, shows up on time, and wants steady work with room to grow, we’d like to hear from you.
