Implementation Specialist
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days in office / Remote (with occasional travel to client sites); Alpharetta, GAPosition SummaryThe Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting TRAX Analytics deploymentefforts across Smart Restroom, Clean + Inspect, and TRAX IQ platforms. This role ensures thatall implementation activities align with defined project scopes, delivery schedules, and customerexpectations.Working in close collaboration with Project Managers, Technical Support, and the Operationsteam, the Implementation Specialist serves as the operational link between planning anddelivery—ensuring system configurations, technical readiness, and deployments are executedaccurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation Delivery• Partner with Project Managers to align technology implementation milestones with project timelines,scope, and client deliverables.• Oversee system configuration, sensor setup, data setup, and testing phases to ensure all componentsfunction to specification.• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors on hardware readiness,connectivity, and deployment sequencing.• Verify site readiness and manage pre-installation documentation and client approvals.• Participate in UAT testing and validation to ensure a successful system activation.Operational Coordination• Track implementation schedules, progress, and risk items; escalate potential delays ordependencies as needed.• Maintain communication between Operations, Technical Support, and ProjectManagement for resource planning and prioritization.• Ensure all documentation—implementation checklists, site records, and activationreports—are accurate and archived.• Contribute to weekly operational meetings, providing updates on active and upcomingdeployments.Cross-Team Collaboration• Support Project Managers in maintaining alignment between customer expectations andtechnical delivery.• Collaborate with the Technology Team to troubleshoot and resolve integration orconfiguration issues.• Provide post-implementation documentation and system summaries for handoff toSupport and Client Success teams.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Project Management, or related disciplinepreferred.• 2+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or IoT system implementation.• Strong understanding of project coordination, resource scheduling, and implementationprocesses.• Familiarity with IoT devices, APIs, and network connectivity preferred.• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.• Ability to manage multiple active implementations in a fast-paced environment.
