Salary: $95,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for 5–7 years of experience in network engineering, telecom, or ISP settings.We need strong practical expertise in routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.We require hands-on experience with ISP or carrier-grade microwave radio systems, including installation, alignment, maintenance, and fault resolution.Experience with Cambium, Ubiquiti airFiber, Siklu, or similar wireless platforms is preferred.CCNP certification or equivalent real-world experience is strongly valued, particularly for layer 2 and layer 3 troubleshooting.You should be comfortable working in the field as well as in technical support and diagnostic environments.You must be able to take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.A bachelors degree in a related discipline or comparable professional experience is required.You must be willing to travel to sites and work at heights, including rooftops and ladders.You should be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform hands-on installation work.Reliable transportation and the ability to drive your own or company vehicle are required.VoIP experience is a plus. Responsibilities: We design, install, and deploy routers, switches, microwave radios, and wireless equipment.We keep the network running by handling day-to-day incidents, alerts, and customer issues.We serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex technical problems.We work to resolve root causes instead of applying temporary fixes.We provide after-hours, weekend, and on-call support for network events as needed.We deploy and align ISP-grade microwave backhaul links.We troubleshoot RF issues such as interference and signal degradation.We maintain stable, high-performing wireless connectivity.We travel to sites, including rooftops and elevated locations, to perform installations and repairs.We run and test fiber and copper cabling to verify performance and reliability.We support upgrades, expansions, and broader infrastructure improvements.We maintain accurate documentation, configurations, and internal knowledge base materials.We identify recurring problems and implement long-term corrective actions.We respond promptly to tickets, calls, and emails.We troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.We provide basic end-user support and training when needed.We collaborate with internal teams to solve cross-functional technical challenges.We communicate clearly with stakeholders, users, and leadership about progress and resolutions.
