Structural Steel Shop Foreman 1st Shift
Position SummaryJGM is seeking (two) 2 working Structural steel Foreman for first shift to lead daily production activities across fabrication operations. This role is responsible for coordinating work, directing crews, and ensuring safe, efficient execution across a team that includes machine operators, welders, and material handlers.This is a hands-on leadership position, but the primary focus is on leading people, managing workflow, and driving results—not being the most technically advanced operator on the floor.
