Fleet Coordinator
The Fleet Coordinator (FC) is part of the company leadership team and is responsiblefor working with the Operations Manager to ensure the company fleet ofvehicles is properly maintained and serviced. Proper fleet maintenance is imperative tosafe and efficient daily operations and ensure company goals and objectives areachieved.Routine and thorough fleet maintenance helps ensure the vehicles are safe for use andcontributes to the overall safety and success of the company and employees. The FCwill help promote a culture of professionalism and respect for company equipment andsafety, as well as educate the team on how to care for and maintain their assignedvehicle.You will be responsible for performing monthly Preventative Maintenance Checks andServices (PMCS) on all vehicles in the company fleet, document these services andmaintain service records for all vehicle work. When PM services are required forAmazon branded vans, FC will coordinate with the appropriate third-party provider aswell as the Operations Manager or Ops team member to schedule service withoutimpacting the Company's ability to execute required routes. The FC will coordinate withthe Operations team for any services or body work that needs to be scheduled andcompleted by a third party.The FC will also help with any on road services or maintenance as required andcontribute to the development and execution of the Company's mobile maintenanceunit.The FC will report to the Operations Manager. The FC responsibilities are in addition tothe Delivery Associate role.General ResponsibilitiesInteract in a positive and a professional manner with customers, the generalpublic, and other team members during the course of the day. Represent thecompany in a professional, positive and polite manner at all times.Complete monthly PMCS on all vehicles in the company fleet PMCS includes, but may not be limited to:Top off/check fluids (washer, DEF, coolant, oil, transmission andbrake)Check/top off tire pressureInspect tires for debris in tires, measure and monitor tread depthBasic maintenance as necessary or requiredReplace light bulbs, windshield wipers, rotate tires, etc.Monthly vehicle inspection of exterior to reconcile known body damage with RTSinspection sheet.Salary: $20 - $20.25 per hour
