We’re looking for an experienced Elixir Back end developerwith strong ownership and a track record of delivering high-performance, production-grade systems end-to-end. You’ll work closely with a small, fast-moving team to design and implement scalable backend services. Tasks
What You’ll Own: Design, implement, and maintain Elixir-based APIs, workers, and background jobs Build reliable and high-performance systems using OTP, Phoenix, and Ecto Integrate with internal and external services, queues, and event-driven pipelines Collaborate across product, frontend, and DevOps teams Own delivery — from architecture and coding to deployment and monitoring
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Qualifications5+ yearsof backend development experience, withat least 2 years in ElixirStrong knowledge of OTP, Ecto, and Phoenix frameworks
- Proven experience buildinghigh-performance systems
- Solid experience with
- PostgreSQLand SQL performance tuning
- Familiarity with AWS services and serverless environments (e.g., Lambda)
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the

- Node.js(Express, AWS Lambda)
