Stable and growing organization with 40+ years of success Leadership team committed to employee development and career growth Opportunities for advancement within the organization Strong culture of community involvement and volunteerism Excellent benefits package including: 401(k) with company contribution Health insurance (Low-cost options for employee plus family) Team member discountsSalary Range: $100,000–$135,000Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation and schedules Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff (up to 5 team members) Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial insights supporting strategic business decisions Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience managing a team and overseeing accounting operations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment#INMAY2026
