Electronic Classroom Technician / System AdministratorClient First Technologies (CFT) is looking for an Electronic Classroom Technician / System Administrator who specializes in electronic classroom technical support. The Electronic Classroom Technician / System Administrator is responsible for ensuring student training infrastructure is functional and available, as well as managing user accounts in Active Directory, and assisting customers overcome technical challenges through monitoring and performance management. The Electronic Classroom Technician / System Administrator identifies problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. In this role, you will utilize your communication skills to turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. You will gain experience in managing users and computers in an enterprise network. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesProvide system and network connectivity and interoperability support within an electronic classroom environmentManage user accounts and permissions within Active DirectorySecurity and compliance systems maintenanceRoutine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset managementDocument troubleshooting proceduresManage technical issues within ticketing systemQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust hold current IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA, CISSP, CySa+, etc.)Minimum of six (6) years of experience providing technical supportGeneral experience with electronic documentation, system administration, network administration and database administrationExperience managing user accounts, permissions and groups within Active DirectoryWorkstation and server hardware installation, maintenance, board replacement, and cable switchingSystems and network connectivity and operability troubleshootingExperience managing a ticketing systemAbility to document technical processes and proceduresStrong verbal and written communication skillsExpert level Microsoft Office Suite knowledgePhysical DemandsMust be able to sit and stand for long periods of timeOccasional travel and overtime may be requiredRequired ClearancesMust possess an active Secret clearance or higher
