Fullstack Developer
Role SummaryThis is a fully remote senior full-stack developer role supporting federal government background investigation services within a risk decision group. The position involves designing, developing, and optimizing web applications, database solutions, and ETL pipelines to support mission-critical projects. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of software development, data engineering, and Agile methodologies to deliver scalable and efficient technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop web-based applications and databases according to specifications from stakeholders and software teams Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to ensure application functionality and performance Conduct validation testing and trials to verify accuracy and performance standards are met Maintain and enhance existing programs to improve efficiency and adapt to evolving requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications for transparency and compliance Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers Design and support reporting solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Develop systems for data storage, retrieval, and integration across platforms Partner with technical and business teams to troubleshoot issues, clarify requirements, and recommend improvements QualificationsThis position requires eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance. In accordance with federal law, U.S. citizenship is required. Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with a BS/BA degree or equivalent Extensive experience supporting and developing custom web applications, with 7+ years in Angular Strong background in Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio (7+ years) Proven experience with SQL Server, including query development and database optimization (5+ years) Skilled in front-end technologies including Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery Experience with cloud development and Microsoft DevOps tools is preferred Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for managing multiple projects Demonstrated leadership and analytical problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $54.00 hourlyThis is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
