You'll serve as a trusted technical authority — translating complex business requirements into scalable, well-governed implementations across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.What You'll DoArchitect end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned to client business objectives and IT governance standardsLead workshops to capture requirements and define solution blueprintsDesign integrations with Azure services, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIsEstablish CoE (Center of Excellence) frameworks, ALM pipelines, and environment strategiesMentor development teams and conduct solution reviews to ensure quality and best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders at all levels — from IT leads to C-suite sponsorsWhat You Bring5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise environmentsDeep expertise in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and DataverseStrong background in Azure integration (Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions)Experience with ALM tooling, solution packaging, and CI/CD for Power PlatformExcellent communication skills — able to bridge technical and business audiencesMicrosoft PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) certification preferredNice to HaveExperience in regulated industries (financial services, energy, healthcare, or defense)Familiarity with Copilot Studio and AI BuilderPrior consulting or professional services background
