We believe in more than just work - we believe in making a difference for our customers to building a better tomorrow.Say Hi! to your next challenge - explore the opportunity and apply below!Our benefits includeComprehensive benefit package including: health, vision, dental, company-paid & voluntary life insurance upon first day of employment 401k program with 6% company match Personal time off and company-paid holidays Opportunities for career growth and competitive salary commensurate with experience Tuition reimbursement for job-related continued education Referral Program You may also be provided with a company cell phone, laptop and/or credit card, all to be used for the purpose of conducting company businessYour missionOperate or tend painting machines to paint surfaces of containers and hoists.Key responsibilitiesSpray prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primers and decorative or finish coatings Select the correct spray gun system for the material being applied Pour paint into spray guns, and adjust nozzles and paint mixes in order to get the proper paint flow and coating thickness Remove grease, dirt, paint, and rust from vehicle surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment, using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning duties Apply primer over any repairs made to surfacesWhat we are looking forHigh School diploma or equivalent required 2-4 years of relevant experience Experience with performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed in order to perform the job Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problemsWhat we offerAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
