Join us and be a part of our story!We are seeking a Logistics Technician to support the daily operations of our Shipping and Receiving Department while assisting other departments as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to contribute to a team focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.RequirementsWhat we ask of you...Ability to perform simple math in the duties of counting and reconciling inventoryComplete and maintain legible and accurate paperwork associated with assigned duties with beer inventory, labeling of products, create UPS labelsAbility to manage and prioritize First-in-First-Out (FIFO) when building custom orders, loading trucks and putting away various materialsCommunicate with and assist other departments with inventory questions and aid in coordinating events/releasesCommunicate effectively with Distributors, trucking companies, drivers, vendors, and salesAbility to pass and maintain forklift CertificationHave a valid driver’s license and be insurable to operate company vehiclesRequired Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesComputer knowledge with (Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office)Ability to lift 70 lbs. repeatedlyAbility to lift 165 lbs. buddy liftAbility to be on your feet for up to 12 hours a dayAbility to work in a cooler/refrigerator for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours)Ability to organize and direct the workflow of a workday Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED CertificateWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a manufacturing environment.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week.
