This role is critical to ensuring successful project delivery across scope, schedule, quality, cost, and safety objectives.As part of the Owner’s contingent staff, the Construction Manager provides field supervision, coordination, schedule management, cost control, and safety oversight while driving alignment between contractors, stakeholders, and project leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee project execution with focus on schedule, cost, quality, and safetyDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and progress reportingCoordinate contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignmentIdentify risks, delays, and issues; support mitigation strategiesReview contractor schedules against master schedule and contract requirementsTrack project progress and critical path activitiesPrepare regular project status reports and updates for the OwnerSupport project closeout, turnover, and commissioning activitiesAssist with project safety oversight and field execution support as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in construction field management or project supervisionExperience with construction safety and OSHA standards preferred (OSHA 10/30 a plus)Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and coordinationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to travel up to 100% within the United StatesAt Anova, We OfferMedical, dental, and vision benefitsHSA/Medical Savings with employer contributionEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + 401(k) matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysParental leave and wellness benefitsCompany-sponsored events and additional voluntary benefitsNotice to Recruiters and AgenciesAnova prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through a third party recruiter or agency.
