Job Description: Traveling Biomedical Equipment Technician III (Contract)Location: San Francisco, CA, 95203Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Biomedical Equipment Technician III to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment at various healthcare facilities in the Bay area.Responsibilities:Travel to different healthcare facilities to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on biomedical equipmentInstall new equipment and ensure proper functioningCalibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulationsTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctionsOrder parts and supplies as neededDocument all maintenance and repair activitiesAdhere to all safety protocols and regulationsRequirements:Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment TechnicianStrong knowledge of medical equipment and technologyExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and travel to different locationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass background and drug screen.Must be authorized to work in the United States.
