The company observes at least 8 federal holidays throughout the calendar year plus a floating holiday that associates can use at their discretion.The RoleThe Senior Product Manager, Product Development is a key leader within the Product organization, responsible for driving category and portfolio outcomes for the Fittings Line of Business (LOB). This role blends deep technical product expertise and market insight with strong business acumen, portfolio prioritization, and cross-functional leadership.As a strategic leader works closely with the Fittings team and defines and guides the execution of multi-year product roadmaps, making disciplined trade-offs across innovation, lifecycle management, simplification, margin performance, and organizational capacity. This role plays a critical part in aligning product strategy with broader business objectives.In close partnership with Merchandising and the broader management team, the Senior Product Manager drives LOB performance, leads key initiatives, and ensures clear, consistent communication across the organization, including product roadmap planning and launch execution.This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at the Corporate office a minimum of 3 days per week.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Category LeadershipOwn category strategy for assigned fittings area, including new development, facelift, extensions and exitsDefine and manage multi - year roadmapsTranslates market, customer, and competitive insights into portfolio decisionsLead prioritization decisions across competing initiatives; make and defend trade-offs with cross functional leadershipDrive portfolio simplification and productivity initiatives to improve margin, complexity and speed to marketServe as the primary authority for assigned categories in leadership forumsBusiness Ownership & Performance ManagementOwn category-level financial performance, including revenue, margin and productivity targetsMonitor performance and identify risks and opportunities, driving actions to optimize business outcomesTranslate market, customer and sales insights into recommendations that inform product and merchandising decisionsPartner with leadership to ensure alignment with broader financial goals and category prioritiesCross-Functional Leadership & ExecutionLead and drive alignment across Product Development, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales and OperationsEnsure clarity of priorities, timelines, and accountability across stakeholdersLead execution of product initiatives and launches, ensuring consistency with strategic directionProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful deliveryGo-to-Market ExecutionLead execution of go-to-market strategies for assigned categories in partnership with Marketing and SalesEnsure alignment of digital and showroom merchandising with product positioning and business objectivesOversee delivery of assets, tools and training to support successful product launches and sales enablementPartner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive product storytelling across all customer touchpointsCost & Data ManagementLead the RFQ process, including cost and MOQ negotiation with vendors, with expertise in cost constructionCollaborate on product price strategy to support merchandising and LOB product margin targetsEnsure accuracy and definition of product data information, including taxonomy, attributes, product associations, and feature statements across all systemsLead timely resolution of product related support ticketsQuality & ComplianceSet expectations for Waterworks Product to ensure we deliver excellenceSupport Engineering and Quality Control to uphold Waterworks standard of product excellenceProficiency in LOB compliance requirements, partner with Compliance & Engineering teams to ensure all products comply with domestic and international standardsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedKey QualificationsStrong product management and strategic execution skills, with the ability to translate strategy into resultsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environmentStrong analytical capabilities, with experience translating data into actionable recommendationsSolid market acumen with accountability for category-level performanceExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability manage competing prioritiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree required8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or MerchandisingProven ownership of technical, complex, and regulated product categoriesExperience managing large, SKU-intensive portfolios with lifecycle complexityDemonstrated ability to make and lead business and portfolio decisions in ambiguous environmentsStrong executive communication and cross-functional influence skillsExperience with PLM, ERP, and product data systems requiredLuxury or premium brand and team management experience strongly preferredDomestic and international vendor experience requiredTravel required up to 25% (Dometic and International)$115,000 - $140,000 a yearThis role has a base salary plus bonus opportunity.Our ValuesBe Authentic:Engage in real conversations.
