Join us in Charlotte, NC, to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Project Coordinator to manage key relationships with regional and national distributors and OEM accounts. This is a customer-focused, cross-functional role that serves as a crucial liaison between clients and our internal teams. As a Sales & Project Coordinator, you'll ensure customer needs are communicated and met and lead structured project management from opportunity through successful product launch.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Serve as a primary contact for key distributors and OEM accounts, managing relationships and supporting long-term development.Sales Support: Assist Sales and Business Development in quotations, proposals, pricing, and documentation, ensuring precision and alignment.Order Management: Coordinate order execution activities and respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding lead times and product capabilities.Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional efforts for new customer onboarding and product introductions.
