Job Description Location: Franklin, PA Employment Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Welder for our client. This job is responsible for performing welding operations to join, fabricate, and repair metal components according to specifications in a manufacturing environment.What’s a Typical Day Like?Perform welding using MIG, TIG, stick, or other welding processes as neededRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding instructionsSet up welding equipment and adjust machine settings for each jobInspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specificationsUse measuring tools to verify dimensions and final part tolerancesPerform grinding, cutting, and finishing of metal parts as requiredMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and adherence to OSHA standardsAssist with material handling and production tasks as directedReport equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisionWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?High school diploma or GED preferredPrior welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentProficiency in MIG, TIG, or stick weldingAbility to read blueprints and welding symbolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic knowledge of welding safety practicesGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeCommunication skills.Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
