Real Estate Showing Agent

Overview: Are you a licensed real estate agent who loves helping people find the perfect home — but isn’t quite ready to handle the full transaction process solo? Join Keller Williams Louisville in Louisville as a Showing Assistant and gain the mentorship, structure, and experience needed to grow into a top-producing agent. You’ll support lead agents by showing homes, providing feedback, and helping clients refine their search. You’ll also plug into our powerful coaching and accountability systems — all designed to help you close 12+ deals per year and eventually graduate into a full agent role. Responsibilities: Show homes to buyer clients on behalf of the lead agent Provide detailed, written and verbal feedback to help refine clients’ search criteria Write and submit offers under the direction of a lead agent Attend inspections, final walkthroughs, and closings as needed Stay in regular communication with clients and the lead agent Lead generate for at least 10 hours per week using provided systems and tools Participate in daily script practice, weekly coaching, and team training Track activities using KW Command Support the team with additional client service or office tasks when needed Qualifications: Active Kentucky real estate license (required) Comfortable driving across the Louisville area Passionate about serving clients and helping people make confident buying decisions Self-motivated and eager to learn through coaching, scripting, and repetition Tech-savvy and organized, with great written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Why Join Us: At Keller Williams Louisville, we believe everyone deserves a path to success — and we provide the tools, mentorship, and culture to get you there.
