As aMachine Operator - Finishing , you will drive manufacturing quality by leading equipment set‑ups, machine changeovers, and troubleshooting on assigned assets. In this role, you will own operational decisions on adjustments to keep production running smoothly while upholding strict safety and product quality standards.Shift:C Team, 11p-7a, Monday-FridayStarting Hiring Rate:$25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differentialKey ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation & Setup:Perform routine machine set‑ups, changeovers, and operational adjustments per product specifications and standard practices.Quality & Data Tracking:Inspect finished products for quality, track performance-to-plan, and record operating/downtime data using computer software (MFG Pro).Safety & Maintenance:Maintain a clean, safe work area (5S), adhere to safety policies, and assist with basic equipment maintenance activities.Continuous Improvement:Collaborate in team problem‑solving and cross‑departmental initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivityHigh school diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experienceProficiency with computer applications (MFG Pro skills preferred)Ability to follow written/oral instructions and lift up to 50 lbsWillingness to work overtime as neededAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
