Field Service Associate
A company is looking for a Field Service Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
Address incoming customer issues through phone, ticketing system, or email
Facilitate dispatches, open and close tickets, and relay information to Field Operations teams
Perform quality checks on ticket management and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of relevant job experience
Degree in Technology, telecommunications, or related field preferred
Experience in customer service and telecom operations desired
Familiarity with Ticket Management Systems and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of technical disciplines such as Transmission, Switching, and TCP/IP
