Key Responsibilities:Installation: Install new HVAC units, ductwork, piping, and components (furnaces,condensers, fans) following blueprints.Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance (lubricating motors,cleaning coils, replacing filters) to ensure system eiciency.Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, andrefrigerant issues; repair or replace faulty components.Control Systems: Install and calibrate thermostats, automation controls, andsafety devices.Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols (OSHA), ensure codecompliance, and handle hazardous materials properly.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work orders, service reports, andmaterials used. Qualifications: Experience: Completed a 3–5 year apprenticeship program. Certification: Valid Journeyman HVAC license Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electricity, refrigeration piping(brazing), and wiring diagrams. Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work on roofs, and operate inconfined spaces Required Skills:Independence: Ability to work with little to no supervision.Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills for complex system malfunctions.Communication: Efective communication with customers and co-workers.Mentorship: Ability to guide apprentice technicians.Have own toolsReliable Transportationhand and Power Tools to preform job duties
