Data Engineer

TITLE: Data Engineer LENGTH: 1+ Year(s) LOCATION: Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid) SKILLS: US Citizen or Green Card Holder 5+ years of Data Engineer experience 5+ years of SQL experience (Standard and Oracle SQL) 4+ years of ETL tool experience (Talend, Informatica, dbt) Experience supporting AI is nice to have Must be able to pass a formal Background & Credit Check DESCRIPTION: Our client has moved to snowflake and needs an experienced ETL data engineer to assist with ongoing projects. The consultant will be part of the larger data engineering team and will work on various projects for the client. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of SQL experience (both standard SQL and Oracle SQL) and Data Engineer experience. The consultant must be able to create complex SQL queries quickly and accurately. The consultant must also have 4+ years of ETL tool experience (Talend, Informatica, or dbt, etc). Some experience with scripting/Python as well as Denodo and supporting AI solutions are nice to have, but not required. This project will be in-office every other week, Tuesday through Friday. It is expected to last at least a year, with a strong probability of additional extension(s).
