Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Control Specialist based in the Greater Reno Area. The Inventory Control Specialist will oversee day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring accuracy in shipments, receiving processes, and stock levels. Responsibilities include managing inventory databases, maintaining inventory organization through periodic physical audits, and collaborating with other departments to optimize inventory control practices and ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Skills in Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Accuracy, and managing overall inventory procedures.Experience with Physical Inventory processes and maintaining organized inventory records.Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management systems.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of supply chain operations and relevant software tools such as ERP systems is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in logistics or inventory management is an advantage.
