Summary The retail coordinator is responsible for purchasing and inventory management functions and ensuring compliance with procurement and receiving. Essential Functions Job duties include, but not limited to: Collaborate with Purchasing manager to set-up new vendors Prepare purchase orders Handle inquiries about orders Review and maintain good record of purchasing and inventory Communicate and follow-up on orders Liaison with central receiving to ensure items are ticketed and merchandised within 48 hours of receipt Assist with organization and maintenance of storage areas. Conduct inventory spot checks Internal Relationships Reports to Director of Retail, The Chief Sales Officer, Finance, Operations Qualifications Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer. Ability to prepare reports and presentations. Must possess Excel, Word, (Jonas, Birtchstreet, HotSos) a plus Education/Experience Requirements Ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing and/or receiving Strong decision-making skills Ability to gather and analyze data Physical Requirements In the United States we are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
