Data Analyst

Company Description:Elevate Labs is a revenue operations (RevOps) firm working with CEOs and founders to align sales, marketing, and customer success into one unified system.Job Description:We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, organize, and structure data across sales, marketing, and customer success operations. You will build dashboards and reports that support our diagnostic and implementation work.Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and organize data from CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Build dashboards and reports using BI toolsTrack key revenue metrics including pipeline performance, conversion rates, and retentionIdentify patterns and anomalies in data to support ongoing client workMaintain data accuracy and consistency across reporting systemsQualifications:2–4 years of experience in a data analyst roleProficiency in SQL and ExcelExperience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BIFamiliarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a B2B or consulting environmentExposure to revenue operations or GTM data
