Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students Assess student knowledge and skill levels to adjust instruction and provide feedback Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance Communicate regularly with students, parents, and administrators regarding progress and concerns Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills Perform other duties as assigned by the department or administration Requirements No experience High school diploma or GED Background Check Weekdays Morning Day Benefits Health Insurance Paid Time Off Education Assistance Child Care Salary: $14.00-$18.00 per hour
