Junior Sales Representative

We’re hiring a Junior Sales Associate to sell our content marketing and lead generation packages on a clear, performance-based runway. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Junior Sales Representative. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach through calls and emails, maintaining a client database, assisting in the development of sales strategies, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with business objectives.The Path-Months 1–2: Trial — close 3 contracts (1099, commission-only)-Month 3+: Part-time role-Months 4–6: Full-time conversion based on performanceCompensation-Trial: 10% of first month’s contract + 5% residual (months 2–12)-Part-Time: $25–$30/hr + commission-Full-Time: Up to $45K base + commission + benefits-Realistic Year-One: $55K–$70K for strong performersWhat You’ll SellContent Marketing (Essentials, Growth, Premium) and Lead Generation (Launch, Scale, Dominate) packages.Reports ToLead Sales Strategist & Creative Director — direct mentorship from day one.You Are1+ years in sales, BD, or client-facing roles, OR a recent grad with provable internship metrics (deals closed, leads generated, conversion rates)Hungry, coachable, and self-directedComfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and Calendly Qualifications Strong skills in lead generation, client outreach, and maintaining customer relationshipsAbility to conduct market research and contribute to the development of sales strategiesProficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approachSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently within a remote environmentFamiliarity with marketing, social media, or creative industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields is preferred but not required
