Construction Superintendent

Superintendent OpportunityScout1Solutions is seeking a Superintendent to join an ENR Top 100 GC for a High-Rise project in the Naples area. The Superintendent must have structural expertise and the ability to lead, schedule, and plan high-rise construction start-to-finish. Must be local to the Naples/Ft. Myers area.Responsibilities- Oversees, manages, and documents all day-to-day job site activities including coastal and OSHA safety compliance requirements. - Directs field personnel according to the project plan - Develops start-up schedule with the General Superintendent and/or Project Managers - Ensures that all products and materials incorporated into the project are per approved submittals and contract documents.
