We have an opening that will allow you to utilize your expertise and eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.You will support all domestic payroll activities for employees across the country and join our domestic payroll team that operates at a high-volume supporting our growing U.S. employee base, from hiring to separation.Join our busy, collaborative team onsite at our beautiful campus in Redlands, CA.ResponsibilitiesProcess bi-weekly multi-state payroll by following policies and procedures and make recommendations for process improvementEnter garnishments, timesheet adjustments, and other one-time changes to payrollResolve payroll discrepanciesPerform audits to ensure accuracy of payrollProcess new hires and separationsProvide payroll information by answering questions and requestsMaintain confidential payroll informationManage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timelyRequirements2+ years of high-volume payroll experience, preferably with a top tier HCM payroll systemBe a self-starter who is able to use sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasksProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and AccessStrong attention to detail with the ability to be responsible for more than one task at a timeStrong customer service skills, team oriented, flexible, and have the ability to work with strict deadlinesVisa sponsorship is not available for this posting.
