Professional House Cleaner

Description: Ago Home Services is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Cleaning Professional to lead our cleaning crews. If you are a leader with a strong background in cleaning and team management, we invite you to apply! Responsibilities: Supervise cleaning staff in various cleaning tasks. Ensure all cleaning operations are carried out in accordance with company standards. Manage supplies and equipment, and ensure proper usage and maintenance. Drive to multiple job sites, as needed, and maintain a schedule that maximizes team efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience in the cleaning industry. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Valid driving license and ability to travel to different locations* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
