If you’re curious, collaborative, and motivated to build systems that teams and customers can trust, you’ll feel right at home here.What you’ll doYou’ll play a key role on our TechOps team, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to strengthen the systems and tools that power our products.In This Role, You WillBuild, maintain, and improve our cloud infrastructure across AWS and VMwareDesign and implement automation that makes our systems more scalable, reliable, and efficientSupport and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, consistent deliveryTroubleshoot production issues and work alongside developers to resolve root causesContribute to the evolution of our engineering tools, systems, and security practicesMonitor system performance and reliability, participating in an on-call rotationTest and validate systems for availability, performance, and business continuityMaintain clear documentation for system design and troubleshootingHelp keep our disaster recovery plans current, tested, and ready when neededWhat you bringYou’re someone who enjoys digging into complex systems and finding smarter ways to build and run them. You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating across teams.Required Experience2–3 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roleHands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or VMwareExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and automation frameworksWorking knowledge of Git-based version control (Git, GitLab)Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Chef, or AnsibleStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesClear communication skills and a collaborative mindsetNice To HaveExperience managing Linux and Windows environmentsFamiliarity with monitoring tools like LogicMonitor, New Relic, or similarUnderstanding of core internet technologies (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, CDNs)Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server)What to expectParticipation in a shared on-call rotation supporting 24/7 system reliabilityA primarily remote, desk-based role with minimal travel (Daxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.The pay range for this role is $90,000 – $159,000 per year.
