Team Member

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members. Experience with frozen yogurt or food service is a plus. Need to have availability between the hours of 10:45am and 11:45pm. Shifts rotate between opening and closing. Tips paid in cash. Room for advancement to shift lead and assistant manager. Fun, Fast paced environment, must be self motivated, able to problem solve and prioritize. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation stations. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety protocols. Experience with POS systems is a plus. ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
