This role leads the design and implementation of production-grade data pipelines across structured and unstructured sources to support LLM- and agent-driven use cases. The position emphasizes strong data engineering, software engineering, and DevOps practices to deliver secure, governed, and observable pipelines that power enterprise search, RAG, and advanced analytics solutions.Key Focus AreasDesign and build scalable data pipelines supporting AI/LLM and analytics use casesPrepare structured and unstructured data for enterprise retrieval, grounding, and search (documents, metadata, embeddings, vector indexing)Build pipelines as code with CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observabilityImplement permission-aware retrieval, governance, and PII controlsPartner with AI/ML and product teams to deliver reliable, production-ready AI data productsQualifications5–8+ years of data engineering experienceStrong SQL, Python/PySpark, and modern engineering best practicesVector Database and IndexingExperience with Databricks and/or SnowflakeHands-on experience supporting LLM/GenAI, RAG, embeddings, and vector searchJ-18808-Ljbffr
