Capone Iron also provides a wide range of services, such as fabrication, steel erection, project management, design-build, BIM modeling, and budgeting, working closely with clients from project inception to completion.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Rowley, MA, for Structural Steel/Miscellaneous Metals Project Managers and Production Managers. The roles include overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of steel and miscellaneous metals projects. Responsibilities also involve managing schedules, ensuring quality standards through inspections, optimizing material logistics, and collaborating with multiple teams to meet project goals in a timely and efficient manner.QualificationsProject Management experience to effectively oversee various stages of structural steel and miscellaneous metals projectsExpeditor and Expediting expertise to ensure timely delivery and coordination of resourcesProficient in Inspection techniques to maintain and enforce high-quality standardsStrong Logistics Management skills to plan and manage the transportation and delivery of materialsExcellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project management software and familiarity with BIM modeling is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in the steel or construction industry is highly desirable
