With a history of excellence dating back to 1932, we are far from a new player in the industry; rather, this move into a larger, improved facility is a direct result of our status as an ever-advancing and growing company. This role starts at $80,000.00 and is designed for an established leader who can uphold our long-standing reputation for quality and service.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth: You will be accountable for sales, profitable growth, and maintaining close relationships with the branch's top 20% of clients.Operational Leadership: Responsibilities include hiring and training new personnel, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing the daily workflow.Safety & Compliance: You will ensure all personnel follow EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and HAZCOMM procedures to maintain a zero-injury workplace.Administrative Accuracy: You will utilize ERP software (NetSuite preferred) and CRM tools to track inventory, document customer transactions, and generate sales reports.QualificationsEducational Foundation: A BA degree or equivalent, preferably with a 3.0 GPA or higher.Required SkillsDriving & Logistics: A clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required to safely operate motor vehicles and light industrial trucks like forklifts.Physical Strength: This is a non-stationary role requiring the ability to lift up to 125 lbs and move quantities of product that can exceed 2 tons in a single day.Software Proficiency: Candidates must have a general knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and Google Workspace.Preferred SkillsInternal Growth: Minimum 1 year as a Manager in Training (M.I.T.) or 3 years as an Assistant Manager within the company.External Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Branch Manager elsewhere.Pay Range And Compensation PackageIn addition to a starting salary of $80,000.00, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support every member of your household.
