Yoh has an immediate, 6 month contract, possible extension opportunity, as a Operations Admin within the Utlilities industry to jour client, Onsite, to report to their office in Short Hills, NJ$25/hr. max hourly rate40 hours a week, Monday-Friday,8AM-430PMYou must have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills & lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), to create pivot tables, and maintain accurate operational reports.What You Will Be DoingStrong Customer Service Skills- you will be interacting with customers and municipal officers usually under less than ideal circumstancesStrong written & verbal communicationMaintain and update project tracking tools, including Excel spreadsheets, high attention to detailCommunicate with customers via phone, email, and in person regarding service line investigations.Support cross-functional teams with documentation and project tracking.Who You AreHS Diploma or GED requiredProficient in Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-upsYou must have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills & lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), to create pivot tables, and maintain accurate operational reports.Ability to manage inbox communications and respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely mannerDemonstrated ability to interact with customers in a courteous, patient, and professional mannerExperience handling questions, concerns, or requests while maintaining a positive customer experienceStrong attention to detail when researching, updating, and validating service recordsAbility to maintain organized records and ensure information is accurate and up to date*** Experience within Operations Support, Utilities, Public Works or realted field will be looked at before all others*** If This Sounds Like You, Apply Now!
