Job Title- Technical Consultant (Payment Transfer)Location- Charlotte, NC and NJFulltime/PermanentJob Description- Global Payments Technology within Enterprise Payments& Treasury Products seeks a candidate tomanage and own architectural E2E solution design, as well as requirements refinement/Deliverable decomposition various Payments projects.The ideal candidate must have strong Architectural design background as well as product management skills. Must betechnical savvy with an ability to provide guidance andmake proper strategic design decisions. Must haveinterpersonal skills with a proven track record ofinteracting with different groups and various levels of alarge organization. This role advocates and advancesmodern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizesend-to-end design, engineering and organizationalpractices.Primary Skills: You may place secondary and TertiarySkills here as well§Strong background in systems Architectural design in scalable, high performance and E2E solutions. Familiar with design concepts such as microservices, containerization, API integration§ Candidate with hands-on experiences with AI technology such as copilot a plus§ Candidate should also be able to drive requirements refinement process with business stakeholders§ Experiences in end to end payment flows such as Real Time Payments, ACH, Wires. Knowledge of Swift, ISO, clearing entities a plus§ Work closely with senior business managers, Enterprise architecture,stakeholders and Global functional heads to ensure weestablish, implement, and adopt constantly evolvingproduct development standards and processes.§ Responsibilities include significant inputs into definitionof payments product roadmap within Enterprise Paymentsand subsequently manage product backlog.§ Manage the expectations and demands of a multifacetedbusiness, and multiple stakeholders, whilstdelivering improved product, BA, and design servicesacross various Enterprise Payment functions.§ Accountable for product backlog management e.g.prioritizing tech debt, regulatory, business enablement,and supporting audits.§ This leadership role will require close collaboration withfunctional leads and with business leads across thepayments lifecycle from inception to clearing.§ Documents HLD (high level design) and functionalrequirements using Agile SAF requirement hierarchies(deliverable, epic, story)
