Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Chef to complete our team in our scratch kitchen on the salad/fry station. The position is an opportunity to learn advanced culinary techniques from the owner/ Executive Chef Keith Blauschild, CEC. Resumes not written in English will not be considered.Skills & RequirementsThorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation StandardsBasic knowledge of kitchen equipment use and operationExperience grilling and sautéingExcellent knife skillsWork collaboratively with other kitchen staff, FOH staff, and management.Maintain a clean and organized workstationAbility to bend, stoop, stand, kneel and crouch more than 50% of the time.
